I feed only chow with no problems. All of the silkworm suppliers only use chow too. If you feed then Mulberry leaves then it's real hard to change them to chow later.

You never posted a pic. so I don't know what kind of worms you have. I'd find out and make sure they're OK for Beardies before feeding them out.
I put tape brown mailing paper to the bottom of a 20L Terrarium. When the moths come out of the cocoons I transfer them to the paper lined terrarium. They will mate (assuming you have both sexes) and then the females will lay their eggs on the paper. I like the paper because then I cut it into small pieces before putting them in the refrigerator so i can take out a small amount of eggs to hatch at a time.
Hi
here is the worm i buy in reptile store .

I have no idea what kind of caterpillar that is. I'd find out and be real sure it's OK for dragons before I fed any. Many caterpillars are lethal to dragons.
I just put my silkworms in plastic leftover food containers. They are 10" x 6" x 3" tall and have a lid. the container can accomodate about 50 adult silkworms. I only put the lid on for a few hours when they are just hatched and fed so that the food doesn't dry out. Otherwise I lay it on top so they're 90% covered.
1000 worms is a lot to have at one time. My adult dragons eat about 4 adult silkworms in one meal if they're real hungry. If you're buying eggs I'd split them up and start some earlier and some later.
Are you talking about 1 kg dry food? Of 1 kg of prepared food. 1 kg of prepared food won't be enough. But 1 kg of dry food should make 8 kg prepared food and should be plenty.
Silkworm moths do not fly and do not eat. They only live a few days and can be fed to your dragons after they lay eggs.

Takes a little practice.
I'd separate the eggs into a few containers. That way if you have a die off you won't lose them all. Otherwise, just make sure everything that touches them or their food is very clean, including your hands.
Otherwise don't keep them covered too long or you'll get mold.
