New Baltimore City Regs

What's new:
No scorpions or venomous insects (looks like tarantulas are OK). No iguana under 30".
No caiman (which formerly could have been grandfathered at the state level if held before 2007).

What was already in place before now:
No snake or lizard over 5'.
No crocodile or alligator (was a state regulation).

If you have a sugar glider in Baltimore, you might want to look for a new residence (or make sure the neighbors don't know). Good thing I didn't just adopt a 2' iguana, too (and I know of a local rescue that has some for adoption - sucks to be them). FYI, luckily my iguana falls between the 30" and 5' rule - through no fault of hers or mine.
