i was feeding today and when the snake got the rat the rat was able to bite my snake but all i seen was one scale sticking out? im guessing theres nothing to worry about? it didnt break the skin thank god!

That is why I feed F/T but if your going to feed live keep a pencil on hand and when the snake strikes and constricts find the rodents mouth and put the end of the pencil in it so it will bite that instead of your snake . David of DS Reptile Rescue
