So, i was out last night on private land far far from the prying eyes of any other human bieing in texas...Private land that i had permission to herp, where i ahve been herping for some time. Anyhow, i let go the previous two Molossus out there where i found them, (Exact spot GPS'ed) it was heart breaking as they where so beautiful, however the herp gods blessed me with Nigel, this cute little monster of a Molossus in return. Im going to hang onto Nigel for a while, see if he will eat in captivity, he would make a neat mate to Buddah the monster female Molossus from the same area i have had for almost a year now. Check out his neat little pattern!!
Other things seen last night....Subocularis, Atrox (as always) another male Splendida (WHY?! i need a FEMALE! for a albino male...) some more longnose, a scattering of toads, and a few other random common things that fall under 'other' not much to write home about, but always fun to find something...
