get those peepers?

Updated pics of my 2.2 "cherry Salmon" BCI's from Laura at Boas 2 Balls. They were a cross between a killer summit salmon and a cherry red female. I bought them preshed last year and got (IMO) a great deal. The best looking female has really cool eyes, what do you think?

Stella, my number one favorite of the whole group and the only one with these killer eyes:

Her sister Anne:

Her Brother Bing:

And her other brother Van:

very nice i think i might wanna send my poss super hypo harlequin by you in a 2-3 years and have your Reeses breed her. but first she has to pair up with my hypo harlequin poss het albino. between the yellowish color the arab is turning by the day and the orange that the harlequin is giving my hypo i think those will be some killer babies. then your reeses can play lol.

Hey Tim, sounds like you have some cool projects going, keep us posted.

I have big plans for Reeses.....like every female I own!!

She does have some junglesque tint to her eyes if I say so. Double dose of cherry salmons, who would want one of those huh They all seem to be wearing a little blush on their cheeks as well so they may be some lookers but I think that "lookers" covers pretty much every snake in that "distint collection" of yours

The hypo trait is a funny one, they change their look even more than a rainbow depending on many factors including temps and time of day. Stella is clearly the best looking one of the group but the others are no slouches either.

but a salmon is a hypo....

"Cherry red" is that just a adjective of a good "red colored" animal or an actual isolated anomaly, I jave read it repeatedly in descriptions of boas, usually capitalized Cherry....wondered if that was last name of a breeder lol.

I have always assumed it was meant to say the snake has lot's of red coloration....

IMO, technically hypo is the gene and salmon (salmonboa.com) is a specific line but there are no clear definitions. Salmon has become so common it's taken over as the generic description, kind of like aspirin. Used to be a brand name but became so common now all brands use aspirin in the name....Bayer aspirin etc.

And yeah, Cherry red is used to describe an animal with more red coloring. Not a morph but more of a marketing thing. Easier to sell animals that look extra special. Works for me as this group looks great!!
