Got my new vision in today with my tmep gn im amped any how i set it up and i put this new basking thing in i got form petsmart looked good for absking figured it would hold heat adn wow!!! was i right btu too right the ambient around it is 98 and some of the basking platform is 130 then 150 then 180 and some spots on it 213!!! this si ridiculos im using a 150 watt now lol i ghettoed it up and cut the metal aof the side of the light shield cuz the smal 5 1/2 started smelling after five minutes i was like wtf i look inside only 60 watt or lower bulb lol so i changed that. I wish my spike was better so i could put them both in, im gunna put mike in tommorow hhopefully he likes it, im hopng spike is gunna pull through ehs not looking so hott.
