Normal Southern Pines?

Is anyone raising normal souther pines? Are they to legal to sell outside of Florida? What about normal looking that are Het?

Thanks. I have a newly aquired 3 yr. old pair of N. Pines and am entertaining gitting a pair of Lousina or normal southers. I caught a southern down in florida many years ago in an orange grove. It was eating a young rabbit. I shoved it and the rabbit in a sack and it finished eating it.
