Introduction really

Hello B.F.A. (burm fans anon.). My name is Troy, and I have a 7' male Burmese python i've jokingly named Caber (The scottish word for log, or a length of wood of similar proportions), and purchased a female albino burm i've named Belladonna after my favorite poisonous plant... a mistake. She's adopted the venomous nature of the plant and hated me the first year of her life. Now, 2 1/2 years into it, she hates me a bit less, but still hisses occasionally. I've been a snake fan as long as I remember, my first snake encounter was when I was very young, 4 or 5 ish, and was hiding from a friend behind some trees and a snake was perched on the branches inches from my face. Several moments passed before I realized a serpent was staring at me from very near my face; and yet bewildered excitement took over me. I have owned a snake almost every day of my life since then, but have taken a keen interest in burms. I wish to breed them someday, and have this ultimate burm collection someday when i'm older that I can be proud of! I am also very interested in the Indian python, naturally, as well as any python that bears the molurus title! If anyone wants to chat burms with a would be nerd feel free to email me! Sorry, i'm a chatter!

Welcome, Troy!
My 10ft female burm will hiss occasionally but never has struck at me or become aggressive in any way, and I've had her since she was 2mos old. She's now 3yrs old and just had her first clutch hatch a few months ago.

Here's the link to the thread on the hatchlings in case you're interested: forums.kingsnake.com/view.php?id=1334235,1334235

See ya around!
