Water's first fish hahahha

tpalopoli Aug 10, 2007 07:57 PM

Man just threw in some 6" bait chum into my waters' water pan....funny as hell. They have never had fish before, pretty much lost their minds trying to figure out what was swimming around their feet.

My bigger one dove in and got a couple...they were still squirming in his belly and he'd look back at his side whenever it wiggled, clearly thinking, "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT (and can I eat it)?". Then he sat up, tripod style, and looked straight at me, right at eye level. I swear he was saying, "You're friggenen kidding right?"

I held one up to my little one with tongs...he smelled it, shook his head, walked a few paces and tail whipped it back out of the cage....batter up!!! hahahha. I threw it back in and he gulped it down.

They prefer rodents apparently.

funnnny stuff...

Tom

I love watching my Nile do this- I used to give him fish at least once a week; something he seemed to enjoy GREATLY
