I have always been taught to keep reptiles cooler when transporting them so that they are less active and more sleepy, thus not so stressed. I bought mine back from Holland (16 hour trip) in cricket tubs with the air con on whilst on the ferry and in the car. Not too cold, but definitely not warm enough to have them scatting about the place.

Ok.. cuz I was told to keep them warm. But its only 4 hours. So you think its better to keep her in a container and have the AC on the entire time?
I didnt have it cold, just we had a heatwave so it was 30 degrees, so I had the cooler on, but thats my first time transporting them, it was what the breeder suggested. I did take heat packs thinking warm is good, but he said if they get too warm under the stress thats not good, so suggested I didnt use them. They slept all the way home anyway
