I was talking with a guy yesterday and he said he saw a white-headed pied. I did not think they existed.

They dont as far as I know of, I may be wrong though. Could it be you saw some form of Paradox White snake. (ie. the Ivory Paradox)
Seems like some of the spider x pieds have had a partially white head. Or perhaps it was an albino pied??? As for regular ole pieds I think part of the genetic make up requires it to carry somewhat of a normal head pattern.
