I've been reading about gutloading, and the information is confusing. I would like your opinions on the best way to gutload. Also, which are more nutritious, crickets or mealies?
Thank You

I have a cricket care section on my website. If you'd like to look at it, it will help alot. Just click the link below, its right under my name.
If you are keeping your crickets in a plastic container/bin you can put the gut-load in some plastic bowls. You find find cheap 36 cent bowls at Walmart in the garden store, or when your milk, shampoo, whatever is all gone, just cut the bottom out as a dish to hold the gut-load in. Very easy.
If you need pictures, just contact me via email and I can get some for you.
Crickets, mealworms, super worms, butter worm, silk worms, wax worms (as a treat) all that is necessary in a leos diet. Its good to have a variety from time to time. My geckos mainly eat crickets and mealworms. They will get wax worms as a treat, once or twice a month, and I'll even get them some butter worms as well.
Hope you find the care section on my website to be helpful. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email me and I can help you out.
