Anyone have any experience with the basking logs/platforms/etc that the petstores have? Are they worth it? I'm using rocks right now and i'm constantly worrying about them getting knocked over and cracking the glass. My turtles are large also.

I have one that floats with the suction cups in one of my tanks. I really like it because it doesn't take up any swimming space. But if your turt. is small take off the bottom suction cups because they will try to swim in back of them and get caught and could drown. I caught mine just in time.
