eggs again

ok my female stil hasnt lyed the eggs(i posted 2 weeks ago ish and she had been graved and eggs were visable for about a month then) u can still seee em so she hasnt reabsorbed, she has lost her colours too.also she is eating well but losing weight (her tail is all boney) she gets more then enough calcium is there anythin i can do. im takin her to the vets on wed just wondered if there was summat i could do in the mean time

Just as your goign to do. I ahve had a strange year with my yellowheaded girls, they would turn orangey, get gigantic (I also could see eggs) they would eat great, look great, and never lay, and over time just seem to loose the defined egg look. WEIRD !

Anyway I wish you all the best with her, hope shes okay, and just going to re-absorb. Let us know!

i took het to the vet he said there was nothin wrong and just to wait another week to see if she would have the eggs, i made an appoinment to see a differnt vet for a second opinon tomorro but sadly when i got up to feed them she had passed away

That is such a shame, really sorry , I was starting to worry when I read your last post, when you said she was eggy and losing weight, tail thin, did not sound good, thats why I said better to take her as you were going to.

Sometimes we just don't have the answers, that always drives me nuts, as far as eggbinding. I lost a female panther chameleon to it. She layed the first time fine, then the next just died.
They can have an egg sideways that won't move or any number of things can go wrong. It is sad She was a pretty baby girl
