These nasty looking brown segmented kinda-flat worms came in with my crickets. What are they?! Will they turn into something else? (I didn't put them in the water dish, they just all found their way there.)

Are they a bit fuzzy? Dermestid beetle larvae? Google them and see. Harmless, unless you are dead tissue.
