I would go to a reptile show and make contact with a local breeder who's selling them for a decent price. I raised rabbits and it was nowhere near as easy as buying them. I found a dealer selling any size rabbit from 5-12 pounds for 4 dollars. Granted I had to but 20 of them but I'm going through 2 every 2 weeks.
