Some leucy baby pics..

Some leaucistic black rat babys I hatched last month.Had 10 eggs,7 hatched. The other 3 had pipped and then got over turned by other hatchlings and they drowned in their eggs A bummer and a lesson learned to bury my eggs deeper.I ended up with 2.5 and 1 male is a bug eyed freak.

And a single.

The top photo is cool with that blue tint. Did the leucy texas rats help create the leucy blacks?

Congrats on the hatching out--bummer about losing some.

The blue tint?Just a lack of photog skills and a crappy camera.
I bought the parents of the hatchlings as black rats(and the price reflected that!)
In reality,I can't prove they have Lindheimeri influance as well as I can't prove they don't.Some beleive pure leucy blacks exsist, some don't.I don't want to start a leucy thread from hell like we had here some time ago so I will leave it at that.I will say that the parents are not handled that often at all and they DON'T have the typical texas attitude.
