im trying to figure out the law on purchasing cb spade foot toads- i called odnr and got the run-around as usual- any info wpold be greatly appreciated-

got the low down- aparently-if they are cb-its totally fine if you have a propagators permit-just incase anyone in ohio was wondering-

Legally acquired from out of state, even if wild caught, is also allowed by Ohioans with state permits. That's how I got mine.
