The vet isnt gunna be in untill thursday for the fecal is there anything i can give spike to start to flush him out i guess like a home remedy? or somthing plz. I force fed him some sweet potatot baby food with calcium adn vitamins.

Take the fecal to another vet. It only takes a few minutes for them to determine if Spike has parasites. Seeing he is already debilatated they need to be very careful with the wormers. Hopefully Panacur would do the trick as it is probably the easiest on the system. Worming also dehydrates them so you have to watch fluid levels. Make sure you have his weight also.
