Ft mouse trouble please help fast!!!

My frozen rodents have white dots on there bodies are they ok to feed or not and i cant cut them of with a knife its like in the skin are they ok to feed?

Sounds like freezer burn. Shouldn't be an issue. Wrap 'em up better next time to avoid it, though!
