Our first clutch finally hatched!!!!

We're so exited. There was nothing cooler than watching these guys emerge and take their first breath of air, just amazing.

Great.

Move the hatched ones into another container with moist perlite, since that is what you are using, so they don't disturb or damage the ones yet to hatch. Ideally you should have set this up and gotten it to temp. prior. I'd leave them in the other container their first day, longer if the yolk sac is still attached, then move them to the nursery.

You may already know all this but I figured I'd list it just in case.

Thanks, that is what I did. They all were moved to a nursery tank shortly after and they are all doing well.

I've had 6 eggs in my incubator at 84.6 on the digital therm. and 86 on the therm that came with it for about 65 days now and there is no sign of them hatching. Can anyone give me advice as to whether they are duds or taking long to hatch??

i think in 70 days they wil hatch.
before that they can dent abit before they hatch .
