Cage sizes

hi everyone new psting on this board i just recently bought a baby gopher not my first pit. Im considering many more pits (seeing as how they bring such happy memories from when i was a kid and the best snakes ive ever owned overall) so im planning on building some cages. whats a good tank length wise and width wise for a fully grown pit 6' or longer? This liitle snake makes me laugh when we brought him home my wife was holding him and saying how nice he was--fast foward two days she went to go reach in to grab him he reared up starting hissing and did his im a killer bluff my wife didnt understand--I was on the floor laughing brings back memories when my dad caught the first gopher id ever seen mean as hell when we walked up but after we picked him up like a puppy lol came to find out the mini guy is going to shed eyes all blue so probably just got scared.

For 6' Pit, I'm thinking 4'X 2' minimum. If you've got a baby it'll be a bit before they get ready for something that size. What Gopher ssp do you have?

Im not sure what kind he is maybe deserticola or affinis as soon as i get my digi camera back from my buddy i will post some pics, im not concerned about cages for small snakes but i may be getting some larger adults thats all, and the largest gopher i have ever had was about 4 feet.
