I am usually there as a tourist or vendor, but for some reason, I am not this time. So if you're there and can send an update, I am sure I and may others would appreciate it.
Thanks,

Man, that place was packed. I picked up some nice animals. CrimsonKing (Mark K) was there. I picked up a very nice pair of Goini from him. BlueKing (Z) was there. I picked up a real nice pair of South GA Easterns Kings from him. He brought the parents, and the male is just amazing. I also saw his GIANT MONSTER KING. There was a very nice variety of stuff there this year. I saw lots of Boa and ball morphs of course. I found a very nice female Blair's phase grayband. I had a very nice time. I really enjoyed looking at all of the nice animals. I met Mike Falcon, and he and his wife are super nice people. He is shipping my stuff from the show to me next week. When my stuff hatches from him, he'll send them to me. I enjoy dealing with people like that. Mark Kenderdine and his wife were very nice to deal with also. Carsten Zoldy and his wife were super nice too. Dealing with these kind of people really makes it worthwhile to travel to Daytona. I highly reccomend them. They and people like them really is what makes this hobby enjoyful. I saw Blue Rosie behind someone elses table, but I didn't talk to him. I'll take pics of my stuff when I receive them. Derek

All I have to say is there's gonna be a lot of sad people when the Ball Python morph bubble bursts. You couldn't go two feet without running into a table full of them. However, as the above poster mentioned, there were some nice kings to be found. You just had to wade through all the Ball Pythons to find them. It's nice to put faces to the screen names we see here. Even if you don't buy much, the Expo is just one of those things you have to go to. There's always some really cool animal you've never seen before or something. Just to see that many herpers gathered together is cool.

I spent the entire day at the show yesterday. I was there from open to close..except for a half hour trip to BK for lunch. I may be a little over-enthusiastic, but it was amazing. It was just cool walking around and seeing all the different species. I also got to meet/talk to a bunch of folks from the forums. But the best part is I came home with 12 new snakes.

The show was great, picked up one hypo brooks and our ARS rack system. You know I really thought I measured the truck to make sure I fit before we left, guess not! 3 hrs over to Daytona and a slow 5 hr. chug back. Good thing I didn’t buy any think else. Racks and tubs stick out everywhere.
