Hey did that pair of Floridas come from Matt from the fieldherpforum??? They look like the pair I sold him.

Haha why yes they did. They are an awesome pair and great tempered. How many herpers have these been through?

HAHA Just me and him. I caught them myself and then sold them to Matt after they didn't produce for me and they doubled for him the following year. It just seems nobody wants locality Florida kings that are normal. I am glad you are appreciating them. The male was found under tin that has since been cleaned up but the female was spotted in the grass so her "spot" is still there. They are from the same area about 2 miles apart but on opposite sides of the Miami canal so I would say they are from different populations.

Good deal, he did mention they were bella local. Which, doesn't mean much to me since I'm not a big local nerd.
Yeah they are my favorite pair I've had yet. Their temperment is just awesome, and feeding responses are great. Beautiful snakes.
I have a female from the parents that is going to be a monster!!
Eats like a pig and is outrageously girthy for her length.

Did you obtain them as adults? I was wondering if you knew the age, or a round about guess for the two.

They were adults when I got them but the male was a young/small adult. There is no telling if he was really young or just small though.
