Stolen boa in daytona, please read

mikewilson Aug 20, 2007 10:37 AM

Thats right. Some wonderful person stole a boa right off a table at the Daytona show this weekend. Lindesy Pike's tables, number 242 & 243. It is a 2007 Wilson line pastel. There were about 20 of them and some P.O.S. decided to help themself to one. I can't begin to put into words how upset and angry I am, those are my boas, Mike Wilson. Is that how you want to start your collection. You know who you are. I'd like to think that the reptile comunity is pretty close. So if anyone has any info, please get in contact with me at ripinumike@hotmail.com. And I do have pictures of that snake. I will ALWAYS be able to identify her. I will be posting pictures as soon as I can.
Thank you,
Mike Wilson

With the known History of the Pet trade in general,I believe "integrity" to be a bonus and not set standard.
It sucks to have petty thieves bring focus to such, but sadly its an all true view of our world.
What goes around always comes back around.

Sorry for your loss

It doesn't take all kinds, only one - SCUM So sorry to hear of that. And unfortunately, even though there probably was security at all the exits, getting one out would be fairly easy for SCUM!! And yeah, somebody just made some really bad Karma, can only hope it comes back to bite thenm in the A$$!!

Mike, so sorry to hear of this, really sucks!!

>>It takes all kinds to do such a thing. Karma can be a Bit@@.

sorry to hear that bill....how the heck do people get away with stealing snakes out of a display case?

rainbowsrus Aug 22, 2007 12:26 PM

Can't speak for Bill's setup, but ones I've heard of were often in delicups, loose on a table (not in a lided delicup rack). The easiest target would be one that a thief could simply pick up and walk away with while you were distracted. Once away from the table, would be a simple matter to hide a baby snake in a pocket etc.
