One of my neonatal boas is no feeding since 08/17 , her first shed . Most of her bothers and sisters are all feeding on pinkies now . How long a neonatal boa can be no feeding for ? o you have any good advices ?

Not a big deal for quite some time. Sometimes they just take a while for their first meal. I had a baby rainbow bow go several months from birth with not a single meal. I finally gave up and pried his mouth open and inserted a pinky, he ate it. After a few times of that "assist" feeding, the dummy got the idea and started eating on his own.

Mine was born on 8-1 and if she doesn't eat by this Fri it's force feeding time. Don't want them to get too weak.

force feeding thing. they will eat when they are ready and 3 weeks isn't long enough of a time period to be concerned and prolly neither is 8 weeks but longer then that you should start sweating and looking for alternatives at that time but not so soon
