Back from Daytona...Off to India!!!

RussellLe Aug 20, 2007 12:06 PM

Now I have to prepare for a trip over to India. I accepted a Naturalist job over there, and we are doing a documentary of the breeding habits of the King Cobra. (Wish I got to go catch some diff morphs of balls in Africa). Oh well, this is still going to be fun.

You plan on maintaining a blog anywhere online while you are doing your research? Hope you can post here from time to time, at least. Good luck.

Getting payed to document snakes. Really, do the jobs get any worse than that? Cummon, like that's going to be impossible to deal with. I would kill to do that. Have fun.

I will still stop by from time to time and posts. Im kinda scared because never been to India and I dont know there customs. I know im gonna be mad when I come across some idiotic snake charmers letting their babie play with a Naja Kaouthia ( Monacled Cobra) or even worse the Ophiophagus hannah (King Cobra). Knowing they just ripped the fangs out of its mouth or they sewn it shut!!! Other than that it will be fun exploring the jungles over there. Getting to see leopards, Tigers, and Frogmouths in their natural habitat.
