hey what are the bulbs you told me to use before? i cant seem to find the right ones. looking for the ones you said to use in 4 foot cages that you use in yours, and then the ones you say to use in smaller cages like my 3 foot ones with the tighter beam. if you can get a pic of packaging or a link it be helpful. also where to buy them, home depot seemed to only have some huge bulbs.

This is copied from my other post on this subject.

Anyway, the white enclosures with the angeled fronts. 3 are 5' long by 3 1/2' deep and use (2) 50 Watt Phillips Halogena Narrow Beam (10 Degree) Spot Bulbs. These are available from Home Depot. The enclosures on the right are 4' x 3 1/2' and use (2) Sylvania 35W Capsylite Halogene Par 20 bulbs also narrow spot (10 degree). These are available online from 1000bulbs.com.

Here is a link for the 35W Bulbs.

I can't say for sure if these will work for you but the advantage of the narrow spots is a hot basking area with less heat put out in all directions. You have to be like me and test different bulbs till you find the one that works best. It also depends on the distance from the bulb to the basking spot.
