Frank, this is for your review

This is a continuation from your question from below “is there more”

I have been doing research on the effect of radio waves on our wildlife. I follow your posts and find value in your research since you look at academia like I do, most of the academic world is based on little instinct or field knowledge. This all started because earless lizards have vanished over night from around 50 counties in Kansas. When I post data it is for your critique as I never take someone’s word for anything but here is some hard data that points the finger in the direction of wireless technology. I believe this paper is the smoking gun and would appreciate your comment. Again I think for myself and just because I post an article for review it does not mean I buy into it, it is for discussion. I feel that our politicians are led around by the nose from big money and big money has polluted the research coming out of academia. I am not going for academia to fix our problem so I have rolled up my sleves.

Hi, sorry it took so long to repond to your questions.
As I hope i mentioned, I know nothing about radio waves and their effects. Yes, I have read some papers, but as you know, that only makes me aware that some fool(fine person) wrote a paper.

Like the beehives, Dude, its very common sense, that bees would not like a cell phone in their hive. A better test would have been to place two bee boxes next or close to eachother. Place that device in one and not the other. My bet is, bees do not like any device thats emitting anything in their hive. I think they would not establish a hive in a box with toys in it. Instead find a place without toys. I do not think it needs to be a cell phone. In fact, bees are fairly perticular about where they nest, if they were not, they would make hives in your TV. While its working.

About your earless lizardsju. I am wondering what you expect of them. As a few years ago, I drove through Kansas, and as far as I could tell, Kansas consists of soyabeen and corn fields. As I am familiar with earless natural habitat, I would not expect them to live there. Not so much the corn or beans, but more about the insectisides "constantly" sprayed on those fields. Can you imagine the build up of chemicals from consuming the insects that survive.

One thing I see with governments and biology. Governements will support the study of a Lure(looks like bait, but its not) So that the populus will concentrate of something meaningless, instead of the real culprid. In this case, measure the amount of POISON being sprayed over KANSAS every year. Then ask yourself, just what would I expect from that? Cheers

The areas of concern are the Flint Hills. They are an area where little no agriculture exists. It is a fairly large swath through the center of Kansas. The soil is rocky and it is as virgin as you can get minus some cows. National Geographic did a spread a few months ago on the Flint Hills if you are interested.

I guess I view ICRW as a new form of pollution as the information loaded onto the radio waves is manmade and passes through wildlife and has been proven to affect the cell itself on its way to someone’s GPS or I-phone.

I am assuming your view is that ICRW poses no or little threat to the environment? As I mentioned earlier I value your opinion and as you have mentioned before some of the information put forth in research is not worth the paper it is written on.

Back to my main point which you hi-lighted yourself with the bee hive analogy if we are clubbing a transmitter onto wildlife will the information we are receiving be accurate. I am assuming your original answer still stands and the routine observed whether tagged or observed in a passive “no physical contact” manner are relatively the same.

Thank you for taking the time to review the material.
