I wasn't there, but I DO know that Will Still was there with some SW Ga wide band yearlings, Mark K. acquired a nice locality NC female and Howie Sherman always has some good ones. Not a bad report for not being there, hahaha.

Not bad overall. Will Still did have some nice ones, as did Carsten Zoldy (sp?). Howie Sherman had some nice Va BEach and NC ones and Kevin Enge had some nice mosaics for sale. Lots more easterns this year than in years past, it seemed.

Eastern King presence in Daytona? Pretty good...
I brought about 30 of mine there and did quite well overall...
There were other vendors who had some there as well - but of course brooksi, californias, hondos, bulls/pines, corns and especially balls seemed to be the most common snakes there... I am still amazed that the ball python market is STILL doing so well (after all these years)???
Come to think of it... I think I had more Easterns on my table than anyone else I've noticed at this show. (Kevin Enge had a good amount there as well, but was only there for a day).

I thought I read somewhere that someone overheard one of the "big" python guys say that the Balls weren't selling as well as usual.I just can't believe the demand is big enough to support all the Ball morphs out there. I thought it was kind of funny how every other banner had the company name with the tagline at the bottom saying "specializing in Ball Pythons." I thought it might be a good idea to ask for half price admission next year if I promised not to look at any Ball Pythons (lol).

If I specialized in ball pythons, I would consider beginning a little diversification before the next nrbe...
I have nothing against bp's, as a matter of fact I have come to appreciate them and the genetic diversity to some extent.most waves ( =trends) break at shore, but the bp wave has been a tsunami! however even that has to subside at some point...next year, 2 years, 5 years?
i wouldn't mind some brooksi, pantherophis or some pines going for 5k, hahaha.

dont we wish thats kings hatched out at 100 gms(substantial size)like a ball

...like Ball Pythons, that'd be awesome. Pines have a large hatching size as well. I hate feeding small snakes.
