do any of you guys know what the signs would be if a chameleon ate an infected silkworm *before it was showing the obvious signs(?

interesting, wish I could help, you may want to try the insect forum and ask the bug people 
if they may know.
When ya find out let us know, thats pretty good info to have on silk worms.
