Veiled Heating Question?

My reptile room also my bedroom is always 30 degrees Fahreniht in the summer and winter.My veiled has an 18 inch 5.0 d3 light.Does he need a basking light?Or can i just take him outside in the summer too?

so it's roughly 80 degrees, then you need a basking light. veileds need a basking area of around 95 degrees. use a low wattage, like a 50 or 75, they need that hot spot to help digest their food and to thermoregulate.........
