Aby-solutely GREAT litter!!

BASICALLYBOAS Aug 23, 2007 02:45 PM

These were born yesterday and we sure have been waiting patiently for them. We bred a male Salmon Aby back to his Aby mother to see what weird aberrant Boas would come from it, and we are very happy with the outcome! There are a few really nice Salmon Aby Stripers, a single Aby Striper and then some just plain gorgeous Salmon Abys and Abys to boot! I would say almost all the babies have some aberrancies to them whether it be floating saddles, a small body stripe or even a nice Striped tail. We have been playing with this project since 2001 and it is nice to keep seeing new and interesting babies come from this bloodline. These will make anything you breed to them better! We have one more litter just like this due in a few days, so we are excited to see the outcome of that breeding!

We can't wait to plug these into both Albino Strains!
Thanks for looking!

congrats on an awesome litter mike. i've been eyeing those aby line animals. i know you have a policy on how long you wait until letting go of babies, but any chance you will have some at the anaheim show?

They will not be there as the show is so close and they would have only had one meal in them by then.
Wish I could have them there though!

Holy smokes! Those are gorgeous! Congrats on an amazing litter. I think my fav. is the hypo in the top left in the 1st pic, something about it just strikes me.
Have you ever bred an aby line animal to a harlequin line?
Congrats again!!

April, yes it has been done by Bill Parks and the babies were also extremely nice! I plan on doing that breeding this upcoming year too. I have two large 4 & 5 year old Hypo Harlequins I got from Tim and they are primed for breeding!
