I have been trying to figure out how to change my email address for KS. Nothing seems to work. Is there a phone number to talk to someone? I can't find one. I received response from PHGinger about the situation and it was suggested to download Firefox. She hasn't replied to my request for PH to manually reset it for me. I have Vista and IE....anyone else having difficulty?

...I do not know how to change the email address that kingsnake has for each of us. It does seem to be a problem because there are many people reporting having problems with the contact function.

thanks for the answer...did you get my email? Through the contact under My Account I got an intial response from PH. When I replied, I received no response and it is obvious the email wasn't changed in my profile. It's been 5 days with no further response from PH.

just log in to "my account" and you can change the email address yourself.
