Snake Eyes

is there a specific term when classifying snakes that have "snake eyes". like when it has the line down the center of the eye?

I don't know if there is a specific scientific term for vertical pupils, but there probably is. Many other animals have vertical pupils. Cats do. Also some animals like goats have horizontal pupils. Regardless of the orientation of the slit of the pupil, it helps improve vision at night or in low light situations.
