I have 2:2 Angel Island, 1:1 Calico, and 1 redback and 1 common female. I have had all for a while (years with the redback and common female) but have never tried to cool them. I understand you need to get them to breed. I would like to try and breed this year. So how does it work? Do you just turn the lights off? And if so, for how long? How cool can it get? I live in Seattle, so it can drop down to the low 60s high 50s in the house during the winter. How about UVB? Do they still need it? How long do you cool for (from when to when?) I know there is no food but how about water? I normally do not keep water bowls in with them so that could be a mute point. I also have 3.0 collards. Do you do the the same procedure with them?
Thanks.
