Admittedly I don't breed them, but having looked it up and seen information suggesting that an average time is about 70 days, with higher temps producing shorter incubation times, I would expect that you probably just incubated a bit hot, which means it's likely it'll be male. (The info I looked up said that anything above 27 degrees celsius or below 25 degrees celsius produces almost all males.) If it looks fine and acts like a normal baby crested, I can't imagine you've got anything to worry about.

my very first eggs hatched at 48 days (about a year ago) so it was a bit warmer weather. they are growing normally and still perfectly healthy. it is true that warmer temps will mean shorter incubation times. however, crested geckos do not actually follow temperature-dependent sex determination. interestingly, the siblings from the eggs i mentioned were brother and sister.
