what are the best filters to use for an aquatic turtle?

The best filter debate rages on.
It seems the top 3 favorites are the Fluval, Eheim, and Penn Plax filters. All of these are the outside the tank, canister style filters.
I happen to own Fluvals and I am quite happy with them. But, apparently from the constant discourse that I've read about whos' filter is the best. I believe that you can't go wrong with any of the top 3.
So, you made as well shop for the best price.

P.S. try ebay first, most of these filters are half pet store prices on ebay, even after you add shipping.
