This is my 4th year producing these. I originally proved it out back in 2003 but I have only produced 3 females so far so trying for the super has not been a quick undertaking.

Here is the whole clutch

Here is the pick of the litter...and the nicest I have produced so far...They seem to get better every year

Another clutch mate

I don't feel like anything has been proven out with these, especially without a super. A super that is significantly different would be the only thing to convince me that this is a morph and not a result of selective pairing.

Just because the babies look like mom, doesnt mean it is always "genetic." You can't forget about "influence."

Hey Jared! Are we allowed to have belly pictures? I am working with something similar.. my project seems to be co-dom... this year was the first breeding and half of the babies looked like dad (haven't had time to sex them yet, and they haven't all had their first meal either)...

Regards,
Bristen.
