anyone know what phase he is? i think hes guyanese, and some kind of imperator?

He looks like a very pretty Colombian boa BCI (boa constrictor imperator). Boas from Guyana are BCC, boa constrictor constrictor. TECHNICALLY, the only way to tell definitively is to count the rows of scales (use a shed skin) from the base of the head to the vent. Counting the saddles from the head to the vent can also be a determinant (21 or more = BCI).

Very lovely snake, I would say that from what I can see, it looks to be a very nice columbian boa.
The terms Columbian, Guyanan, Peruvian, etc. refer to 'localities' or places that that boa is found; not really coined as a phase really, but close enough. From what I understand, the BCI are widely ranged and very common... but that doesn't mean that you can't get a one in a million snake! Good luck with that one!

PS- It is a lot easier to try and ascertain what locality a snake is with a nice shot from above showing pattern and the head shape IMO, but still we, or at least I, could not give you a definite answer from a picture.

thanks, he obviously isnt as crazy as some of these car priced boas on here, but hes got a good personality.
