At this point, I definitely wouldn't worry too much. Boas can go much longer than 3 weeks without eating and not suffer any negative consequences. Has she shed recently? It's possible she is getting ready to shed and just not interested in food. You stated the husbandry has remained consistent but have any environmental changes taken place? For example, have you moved her cage?
