I read in this forum about a product of EQUATE brand that it is good in the use for mites, I live in México City and I´m in USA but I dont remember the name; it is for human use. PLEASE HELP!!!

Take the snake to a vet for the ivermectin shot. Two shots total, 2 weeks apart. Easiest and most sure way to get rid of them. I've had mites show back up 3-6 months after the initial "cleansing" with the sprays and such, but never using the shot.
