Likely a lot of biting and tail slapping.

How are they doing?

eleven out of twelve hatched and seem to be doing fine. I am having a hard time finding small enough crickets, but they are eating flightless fruit flies and some small crickets. They are crazy fast!

They can handle 1/4 inchers fine. Happy to hear they all are doing so well.

Yeah my swift kids zoomed around like crazy also. And let me tell ya, get ready to be buying lots of bugs as they grow, or find homes as soon as ya can when they are old enough because they eat like machines, 11 kids will need so many crickets everyday.... worse than collareds as far as appetites when little. As cute as my emerald kids were I was glad to see them leave, as far as feeding the lil vipers. LOL

I'd be interested in seeing the turquios (sp) in that area. I kept a few pair of lizards for a while that were from a collected pair in Texas. A friend of mine had the pair for years and produced several generations of these lizards that he called "bluestars." they were all light blue in color with a burst of white speckles.

Are your aduls like this or more similar to the adult pair you posted a while back with the nice yellow heads? I'm assuming those are very North Texas.

They actually are from the same locality. The collareds from my area, in the Hill Country, are not so attractive.....

Next time you are out get some in situ shots of those adults. They look really nice.
