...but sumthins really buggin me, i have had my geckos now for about 2 weeks and one of them keeps thinkin either me or the reflections on the glass are food, she does not strike but gets excited and stalks it, then gets bored. when she sees crickets she eats some then thinks the glass on the tank is food (to me suggesting shes still hungry) so i give her a cricket and she doesnt want it! there is a constant supply of mealworms to them too. is she just curiouse ( although i think her behavior is hunting mode) or am i doing something wrong????

thanks for ny help in advance

She may just be bored lol. I have a female that does this kind of thing whenever I'm in the room. She's constantly tracking me, hitting the glass to get my attention, pacing the glass. She absolutley loves to be handled, and I think this is her way of saying "pick me up, please, I want to do some exploring"

lol same thing happesn to mine aswell bud, i dont think it's anything wrong, i mean from what i can see from the outside, there's a slight reflection on the inside, but they can see outside aswell so it's kind of confusing to them. you can always cover 2-3 of the sides of the tank with plain paper, or coloured paper to try n stop the reflection kinda of. im sure its nothing to worry about though

thanks jamster, i have covered 3 sides of my vision tank with paper, but there are still slight reflections but not as much as before. thanks alot 4 the help

don't worry about it. she's just active. she might stop once she's completely acclimated. i would pick her up and see what happens. also, how big of a tank is she in? if smaller than a 10 gallon move her to one, and no more than 2 leos in a 10 gallon, good luck!

Don't put 2 adult leos in a 10 gallon for extended periods.
