Feeding her new 07 Blizzard

Beaker30 Sep 01, 2007 03:47 PM

My daughter has been working diligently inhandling her new blizzard. Its starting to pay off. She fed him for the second time today, and he took the pinky right from her hand. She was so excited. The little snake is starting to trust her and feel comfortable:

Awesome!! I was letting my 9 yr old son hold a yearling sunglow black rat snake while I cleaned the cage when I heard a "yelp". I turned around and saw a trickle of blood on my sons lip. The BR had turned and nailed him on his bottom lip........I tried not to laugh but couldn't help my self. To his credit he didn't get upset and kept holding him until I finished!!
