Well I was looking at my dragon tonight while he was eating and he seems to only open his left eye slightly. I saw him scratching at it the other day so maybe he got an eye infection? He's not good at catching crickets. It seems he cant see to good out of that eye. Anyone know maybe if hes sick? Will it heal overtime? Thanks

It could be an ifection, if not its probally just shyness. Make sure 3 sides of the tank are covered, and try to keep things outside of the tank a little calm... alot of times they put their heads down and close there eyes, pretending dead, or asleep to avoid predators. People commonly think they're sleeping, but their just scared to death.

Watch for swelling and pus like discharge from the eye. These could be signs of infection. Everything should be symmetrical. That is how I caught an infection early with my last WD, I noticed that one leg was slightly bigger than the other.
When they are young they shed often and they scratch to remove the dead skin (my guess is that it is pretty itchy). So scratching the eye should be relatively normal behavior. Also, my WD will sometimes only close one eye, because that is the side they see me on and they are through interacting with me at that point in time. If I look at them from the top I can see their other eye is open.
