Some fresh pics.... FINALLY!

waspinator421 Sep 01, 2007 08:35 PM

I finally got some new pictures taken of two of my babies. I wanted to get my two girls from Dave photoed too, but they are getting close to shed. One of these days I'll get some fresh pics of the adults. Now that I have moved, I need to find a good spot to take the adult BRB pictures. The grass out front of this place isn't photo quality in my opinion.

Here is Copper, my little orange girl:

And this is the male, Pixel. He seems to be getting more orangish... well at least he doesn't seem to be as drab as he once was.

Have a great holiday weekend everyone!

those are two nice snakes you have there. Tell your little guy that the girl is looking a bit better though

Thanks Tim! Yeah, when I first got them the female was obviously much more colorful than her brother. But he seems to be developing a bit of color lately. Nothing exciting, but he's not as "brown" as when I first got him. I'm interested to see what he'll turn in to.

I forgot how did you get Pixel in a perfect circle. did you put a bowl over that guy or what?????
Bob

Thanks Bob! I don't know what it is with this little dude and coiling in a perfect circle. In his first photo shoot he also coiled up like that. This time he did it again! I do put a bowl over them before I take pictures, but they usually coil up this way or that.... rarely in a perfect circle!

Here is a picture from the first photo shoot that I had on my website:

And here is the new one again:

Wow, he is getting more orange, isn't he? He looked really normal before. Guess I forgot what he used to look like.

Thanks Bryan! My camera is nothing special. It's a Canon Powershot A510 with 3.2 megapixels. For just being a little point-and-shoot I'm quite impressed at what it can do sometimes. I still miss my old manual camera though, the auto focus on this thing can get very frusterating at times.
