is small bump behind front legs on spine normal?

i have a water monitor and he has had this little bump since i have had him, i dont know too much of their anatomy but is this part of their skeleton, its just barley noticable but still would like to know about it, thanks to whomever replies

Anything from a natural deformity, to a abscess, to a calcium deposit, etc. Of course with the latter(c. deposit) you would see bumps in other places too, like under the jaw, on the legs, etc.(at least in my experience with metebolic issues)

Perhaps you should seek veternary advise.
