photo loo large

I try to upload a photo but error say its too large, how do I make the picture smaller

Sign up on photobucket.com,its free and very simple to upload images.
Pics can be resized from 1Mb down to avatar size

if your using windows....
right click on the photo you want to resize and then place pointer on "open with". From the drop down box choose paint and open. If you want to save your original file size then first save the pic under a different name ( if my file name was boa i would save as "boaresize". Then at the top of paint choose image and click on stretch skew. Just change the horizontal and vertical percentage from 100% to say 50% and save, and your photo is now small enough to post.
