I have not seen any mudpuppy caresheets on the internet, but
I have a book titled Salamanders and Newts by Frank Indiviglio that I have seen in most pet shops which has a section on mudpuppys. It basically says that they need powerful filtration with well aerated water, low light levels, cool temperatures, and lots of hiding spaces. For feeding the book recommends crayfish with the claws removed, earthworms, or fish. If you can find it I highly recommend getting the book, it has good information on most species kept.

Good luck these are an interesting species!
